Premium Homes started building new homes in Kitchener, Ontario in 1995. Owner Iosif (Joe) Catana spent many years as a skilled craftsman in new home construction and established Premium Homes. His vision was and still is affordable, high quality alternative to the mass-produced cookie-cutter product that was prevalent in the market.

Our approach is very simple: we use high quality materials that enhance the enjoyment and durability of each new Premium home.

With over 14 years and 2,000 new homes built in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Drumbo, London, Woodstock and Cambridge, we at Premium Homes are very excited about our newest projects, Lakeside, Lakeview, Grand Hills in Woodstock, Wickerson Heights in London and Greengate Village in Cambridge, Ontario.
