Premium Homes started building new homes in Kitchener, Ontario in 1995. Owner Iosif (Joe) Catana had spent many years as a skilled craftsman in new home construction and established Premium Homes. His vision was and still is affordable, high quality alternative to the mass-produced cookie-cutter product that was prevalent in the market.
